March session was this Friday morning at Porto i/o with the theme Water. The speaker was Adriana Mano, shoe designer and founder of Zouri, that told us about how she came up with the idea to design and produce shoes that incorporate plastic waste collected from the beaches in the North of Portugal. She told us about the product development process and the twists and turns of coming to market with a brand of sustainable and vegan shoes.
